Photothermal Spectroscopy Corp (PSC) has pioneered the breakthrough technique of Optical Photothermal Infrared (O-PTIR) technology that eliminates key limitations of traditional IR Spectroscopy providing submicron IR chemical resolution with transmission-like FTIR quality spectra. Additionally, O-PTIR overcomes many of the limitations of Raman when measuring color and dark samples. We provide a range of products to uniquely address failure analysis applications, detection of small organic contamination and many other applications.
mIRage Products
•O-PTIR on the mIRage® product, provides sub-micron IR spectroscopy and imaging for failure analysis applications and detection of small organic contamination.
•The mIRage-R uniquely provides simultaneous O-PTIR and Raman spectroscopy from the exact same spot, at the same time, with the same submicron spatial resolution.
•The mIRage-LS uniquely provides co-located O-PTIR and Fluorescence microscopy to quickly identify organic contaminants.
