With advanced Micro-Surface-Treatment (MST) process, tip from MESOSCOPE will be clean (No contamination residual) before delivery and can be used immediately. There is no additional chemical clean (Remove residual oxidation layer on the tip) and tip burn-in processes requests. The advantages of these features will increase the throughput of the measurement and prevent the operation errors occurred before engaging real target. MESOSCOPE is performing ultra-high level quality control process. Per nano-scale tip, SEM inspection is obtained before package. And all products from MESOSCOPE will be included in MESOSCOPE Standard Packing Method (SPM). Vacuum and Nitrogen seal pack will be delivered to all the customers. We can guarantee the quality.
